Training

Moreover, to train young researchers on the topics of CARE4C, within the project four training-activities on forest management, forest technics etc. are taking place:
  1. Airborne Lidar and drone technology for forest inventory and management
  2. Models used in forestry for upscaling and prognosis, including models for risk and carbon accounting
  3. Silvicultural concepts across diverse climate zones and their implications for stand structure and dynamics
  4. Managing for resilient forests in a variable future climate
