Training
Moreover, to train young researchers on the topics of CARE4C, within
the project four training-activities on forest management, forest
technics etc. are taking place:
- Airborne Lidar and drone technology for forest inventory and
management
- Models used in forestry for upscaling and prognosis, including
models for risk and carbon accounting
- Silvicultural concepts across diverse climate zones and their
implications for stand structure and dynamics
- Managing for resilient forests in a variable future climate
